Dhyaana Hatha Yoga classes offer teachings and the practices of Asana and Pranayama. We enable students to develop control of the body and breath, thereby enabling control of the mind and energy.
We teach Hatha and Hatha vinyasa (flow) styles of yoga, conducted by teachers trained under the Patanjali, Sivananda and Bihar School lineages.
