Dhyaana is a one-of-its-kind offering that combines a yoga & wellbeing studio, a cafe and a farm stay & mindfulness retreat.

Dhyaana is a state of present moment awareness. It is all about being in the NOW - being more aware of the body, mind, senses and surroundings while remaining unidentified with any of them.

Why Dhyaana?

We live in the age of distraction. The constant flow of information, noise, and unwanted entertainment has become so common we no longer remember what the words “quiet” and “still” mean. In an information flooded world, 'knowledge' and 'multitasking' have become the paths to 'success' and the constant dysfunctional chatter of the mind has become the new 'normal' in turn, causing poor health physical and mental health, lifestyle and emotional issues, stress, anxiety, etc.

At Dhyaana, we believe that wellbeing calls for a multifaceted approach that touches and enhances the body, mind, energy as well as emotion in a truly holistic and authentic way.
